I redesigned TAP’s booking platform to create a clearer, more engaging travel experience — from brand expression to destination discovery.
The work included defining a refreshed visual language across colour, typography, photography, and digital guidelines, giving the app a more consistent and recognisable identity.
Within the product, I focused on making exploration feel simpler and more useful through clearer navigation, richer destination content, and more intuitive interactions. I also introduced a bot concept that could recommend destinations based on preferences, moods, and travel goals.
The result was a more connected experience that helped users move from inspiration to booking with greater clarity and confidence.
